all I need to do is repent and
ask Jesus to be my personal
Lord and Saviour
and then I'm 'born again'?
Is born again even mentioned in the Bible?

God’s Spirit lives inside us the moment we first trust Christ as Lord and Saviour.
The Holy Spirit gives us the power to be His witnesses.
Acts 1:8 - “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

God tells us in the Bible to always be ready to share with others what He's done for us.
1Peter 3:15 - "But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and [be] ready always to [give] an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:"
The Lord can use you to help others come to know Christ. Say yes!
