The law of God is love. God can’t be unloving. God loves everyone. It is God's nature to be kind and to instill happiness.
In Romans 5:8, God’s love is proved - “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” God loves the saved and unsaved. Creating man demonstrated His love for humanity; we were brought into being in order to have a relationship with God.
God’s love is evenhanded. While He certainly loves you, your relationship with Him is reestablished through the sacrifice of Christ. God desires for those who do not know Him to turn to Him. 2Peter 3:9 - “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”
