In Christ Alone
In Christ alone my hope is found. He is my light, my strength, my song. What heights of love, what depths of peace! In Christ alone Who took on flesh, fullness of God in helpless babe. This gift of love and righteousness, scorned by the ones He came to save! On that cross as Jesus died, the wrath of God was satisfied. For every sin on Him was laid … and in the death of Christ, I live.
Galatians 2:20 - “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” Acts 4:12 - “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”
Up from the grave He rose again! He stands in victory and sin's curse has lost its grip on me! I am His and He is mine; I’m bought with the precious blood of Christ! From life's first cry to final breath, Jesus commands my destiny! No power of hell, no scheme of man can ever pluck me from His hand. In Christ alone, I’ll forever stand!
