Through the valleys of this life I have wandered, and worked for Jesus all along the way. But now I see the sun for me is setting; I've been faithful but now my steps are growing weary.
Romans 8:38-39 - "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
The tears I've shed have helped to keep me humble; each burden has taught me how to pray. I hate to leave my friends behind me but will wait for them inside the gates of heaven. Lord, I'm waiting, I'm ready to go home!
