It gets harder and harder to enjoy this physical life here on this planet, given all the sin and chaos. But Almighty God has a plan. He made us for a reason … He created us for a purpose. When we draw close to God and find our purpose, we’ll be focused on Him and the things of this world just won’t matter anymore.
Psalms 139:14 - “I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.” Jeremiah 1:4-5 – “ Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, 5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee …” Ephesians 2:10 - “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”
God gives us something to live for and it begins to feel good to be alive, to spread our wings and fly. So come on, take a leap of faith and get close to God. Let Him take you on a ride … the ride of your eternal life!
