God, I’m so scared and filled with fear, I can barely move. I’ve had my share of doubts but never more than right now, and I’m wondering where You are? I’m on the edge of “fall apart” but somehow Your promises find my troubled heart. When all my strength is gone, You are faithful forever and I know You’ll never let me fall. This is the truth I’m standing on.
Matthew 10:28 - “And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” 1Corinthians 1:9 - “God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.” John 14:6 - “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 8:32 - “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
I’m choosing to believe. The God who parts the sea promises He will make a way for me! He’s my Rock, my Shield, my firm Foundation; I won’t be shaken. Lord, You remind me where my help comes from. Someday I’ll look back and see this pain had a purpose and Your plan was perfect all along … this is the truth I’m standing on.
