God Communicates to Animals

God told Noah to build an ark in order to save Noah’s family and all land-dwelling creatures from the coming flood. In Genesis 6:19, God did not direct Noah to track and collect the animals but rather to bring the animals into the ark. Noah simply received the animals.

“And of every living thing of all flesh, two of every sort shalt thou bring into the ark …”

When the flood began as described in Genesis 7:9, the animals, “… went in two and two unto Noah into the ark …”

For Noah, God clearly called the animals towards and into the ark, and they responded as Noah received them.

God calls animals to serve and protect --

Ravens feeding Elijah ... In 1Kings 17:4-6, God commanded ravens to bring food to Elijah. “And it shall be, that thou shalt drink of the brook; and I have commanded the ravens to feed thee there.”

Lions did not eat Daniel In Daniel 6:22, Daniel spent a night imprisoned with a den of lions and was unscathed. “My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions' mouths, that they have not hurt me …”

While we have no idea how or how often God speaks to animals, thanks to the Bible we know He does. Many of us have personally experienced or heard of true-life experiences where God has used animals to protect humans and save human lives.

God’s Word is full of praise. But have you thought about His creation, other than humans, praising Him? The birds ... and even the sun, moon and stars praise Him! Psalms 148:3 - “Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.”

Grab a tissue before you watch and listen to today’s video of God’s creation singing to Him. Stars and Whales are singing to God. Yes, that’s right … stars and whales are singing to God! It is out-of-this-world awesome!
