Christ is Lord of ALL

Romans 14:9 - “For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living.”

Christ is Lord of those that are living, to rule them; of those that are dead, to revive them, and raise them up.

Living = those who are alive both physically and spiritually; those who have received spiritual birth and eternal life in heaven through Jesus Christ and were bought with a price. Dead = spiritually dead; we all were born into the devil's family. Those without spiritual rebirth who are dead in their sins and without Christ will receive eternal life in hell and the lake of fire.

Christ is Lord of all, both the dead and living.

ALL shall bow and give an account of himself to God when we die (physically).

Isaiah 53:5 - “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.”

Accept His gift! The stone was rolled away … He is risen! Are you risen with Him?

Matthew 28:1-6 – “In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre. 2 And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it. 3 His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow: 4 And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men. 5 And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. 6 He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.”

True Christianity is pleasing God with our lives, which makes Christ all in all.
