Everyone has a story. Not everyone tells their story … and we don’t always ask. Some stories are still in-the-making, some are sad while others are happy. But all stories that end with a happy eternal ending, are the greatest stories and need to be shared!
If your life would sing a song, what would the lyrics be?
Romans 1:16 - “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”
Won’t you share your story of when Jesus came to live in your heart? Have you told your children and/or grandchildren about the day you were saved by the blood of the Lamb? your friends? It is a story that needs telling … a story they will never forget. It may well be YOUR story that leads them to the Saviour. Don’t let the opportunity pass you by!
If my heart could tell a story, if my life would sing a song,
If I have a testimony, if I have anything at all …
No one ever cared for me like Jesus!
His faithful Hand has held me all this way.
And when I'm old and grey and all my days are numbered on the earth,
Let it be known in Jesus alone my joy was found!
Let my children tell their children,
Let this be their memory: that all my treasure was in Heaven
And Jesus was everything to me!
Just one conversation about Christ can change someone’s ‘forever.’ Every salvation story involves a changed life and is a true miracle. Ask someone their story today. Show them the love of Jesus and let them know you care about them.
Philippians 2:3-4 – “Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. 4 Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.”
No one will ever care for you like Jesus!
