In the shadows of all the darkness around us today, God’s Light can burn so bright!
2Corinthians 4:6 - “For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.”
The time is now to stand for God’s truths and whatever things are good and right. Christ-followers, if we don’t stand for Jesus, who will? Our kids and grandkids need to know how important it is to stand for what is right, and they need to see us put our faith into action!
Isaiah 40:8 - “The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.”
Don’t be afraid! Put on the armour of God and stand against evil!
Ephesians 6:10-11 – “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.”
Every generation has trials they will face
There’s no storm that can’t be overcome by faith.
In these times, one thing is sure:
Our firm foundation will endure!
We will stand for truth, stand and be a Light,
Stand for whatever things are good and right.
And if we’re falling, it’s to our knees,
Crying Jesus, it’s You we need so we can stand!
We stand with courage, we stand unashamed,
We stand together and lift One Name.If we fall at all, let us fall to our knees and pray for God’s strength and courage to stand unashamed.
Ephesians 6:13-18 – “Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; 15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. 17And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: 18Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;”
