Thank God for the daylight! I spent a long time in the dark; it felt good saying, “Goodbye” and waking up to a brand new heart. If you're sleeping like I used to be, in a grave that holds you tight, there's a Saviour calling, promising a brand new life! He's saying, “Wake up, sleeper! Open your eyes. Oh sinner, arise and leave your past at the door and come to the Light.”
Ephesians 5:14 - “Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.” 1John 1:9 - “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” Galatians 2:20 - “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” Romans 5:18 - “Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.”
Christ is alive! He brings freedom; death doesn't live here anymore! So if you meet somebody sleeping like the way you used to be, tell them about the Saviour and a little thing called "free" (His gift of eternal life is free, but you have to receive it through spiritual birth. ) Rise up and come out of that grave!
