I was done … I was lost and asleep at the wheel, drifting off. My heart was failing in darkness. But then I heard a song; it was the sweetest sound I had ever heard and my soul went sailing. I'm waking up! I can feel my heart beating and breath in my lungs! I'm on fire, finally free! No longer in darkness, I see His Light. I’m moving on, taking back all that the devil stole. I found healing for my soul … I found Jesus! Jesus is my song!
Psalms 77:6 - “I call to remembrance my song in the night: I commune with mine own heart: and my spirit made diligent search.” Isaiah 12:2 - “Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.” Psalms 28:7 - “The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him.”
I am loved! Now I am marching to the beat of a different drum. Love, in all its beauty, is singing all around. Can you hear the music? Jesus saved my soul! I’m free! Wake up and He will save you too. Accept His gift and sing with me … for all of eternity! Believer, keep singing! Share the music.
