When trouble and trials stand in our way, we often times may feel too weary to pray. But friend, look to the sky and reach for Him! Whether sickness, death, family or financial problems … whatever it may be that causes your heavy heart … pour it out to Jesus in prayer and He will give you peace. Philippians 4:6-7 – “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
At the end of the storm, you will find a rainbow ... His name is JESUS!
Genesis 9:12-14 - "And God said, This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations: 13 I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth. 14 And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud:"
Jesus is our help and refuge. He never promised an easy life but He did promise to direct our paths if we ask Him. Pray and ask Him to guide, strengthen and protect you every step of the way. God is faithful, evidenced in millions of ways, including His rainbow covenant.
Jesus is our hope, the rainbow at the end of our storm!
