The world says we are a divided nation. The world says we are racist and hateful. Well, my friends, don’t listen to the world! Don’t believe the lies! We are made in the image of God, beautiful shades of Love, that's where the Light comes from! We all bleed the same, we all need the same, and we all need a second chance. We are wonderfully made by the Creator of the universe, in His image, we're all equal. There's no first in line at the foot of the Cross! 2Corinthians 4:4 - “In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.” Psalms 139:14 - “I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.” Genesis 1:27 - “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.”
Father, forgive us for losing sight of Heaven. Give us eyes to see. We are so much more than flesh and blood! Remind us Who we are and Whose we are! Give us the courage and strength to tell the devil to take a hike, that we don’t believe the lies. We are all sinners in need of a Saviour. There’s no first in line at the foot of the Cross.
