We all suffer trials from time-to-time. God knows what we can bear and provides a way for us to be delivered from trials and harm.
To effectively fight temptation we need to turn our hearts to God in order to strengthen our weaknesses, to turn back satan and heal our pain.
1Corinthians 10:13 - “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.”

But it don't take a lot to know ...When you have God tuned-in, you have His encouragement to turn from sin. While holding onto God, temptations and fears are muted for His followers who are strengthened through Him.
