The world says not to pray in Jesus’ name and to be careful what you say or you might “offend” someone; that we shouldn’t include God in the pledge or preach the truth … but I’m a flag-waving American Christian, living in the land of the free! I believe in Jesus and I pledge allegiance under God Almighty. When it comes to truth and right, stand with me and fight!
John 14:6 - “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” Isaiah 61:1 - “The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;”
It’s absolutely true ... Jesus is the only way. Through Him, Christians have life and are free! Stand for what is true! Live out loud! I don’t know about you, but I’m Christian, I’m American and I’m proud of it! John 8:36 - “If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” Men and women have died for our flag so when you pledge and say “Under God”, don’t hesitate ... because He’s the One Who gives us liberty!
