When was the last time you truly worshiped our great God? Not just sang a hymn of praise, but truly worshiped our faithful Deliverer? John 4:23-24 - “But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. 24God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.” 1Samuel 15:25 - “Now therefore, I pray thee, pardon my sin, and turn again with me, that I may worship the LORD.” Psalms 95:6 - “O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the LORD our maker.” Psalms 69:34 - “Let the heaven and earth praise him, the seas, and every thing that moveth therein.” Psalms 77:13 - “Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God?” 2Chronicles 2:5 - “And the house which I build is great: for great is our God above all gods.” Psalms 99:5 - “Exalt ye the LORD our God, and worship at his footstool; for he is holy.”
Ponder this: If you are not serving and worshiping the Most High God, then which gods are you worshiping? Deuteronomy 11:16 - “Take heed to yourselves, that your heart be not deceived, and ye turn aside, and serve other gods, and worship them;”
